Detailed Process of What Goes Into Ordering Your Shirt!

We hope everyone has had a great Winter so far! We have gotten a lot of snow up here this year. It has been fun! Today we wanted to talk today about the steps in the ordering process. Most people have a general idea of what goes in to printing a shirt but do not understand the details. Let’s go over the basics to start off!
First, we start off by getting your basic information. This allows us to contact you when necessary and process billing/shipping information. Next, we want to know the purpose behind the job. Are the products for an event, job, benefit, private party, celebration, etc? This allows us to better understand the purpose, so we can connect and put our love of making shirts into the final product. We then need to know the due date. Our typically turn around time is 2 weeks however we can get stuff done sooner for a rush charge. We then need to know the amount of shirts or product and the sizes and we send you over to our catalog page to select your garments. In our catalogs you will find just about anything that may fit your needs.
Once your garments are selected the quantity and sizes are determined then we need artwork. Do you have artwork? It is best if we have a jpeg, eps, AI, or high-resolution pdf to print the best quality apparel. If you don’t have a design, we can do your artwork for you however keep in mind there is a charge for this service. Artwork can take some time to create however this is one of the key elements to creating a high-quality shirt. If the artwork isn’t up to par then it won’t print right. Price breaks the question of the day. We get asked this a lot. Do you offer price breaks? WE DO 😊 !! We offer price breaks for 20-49 then 50+ then 100+. If you need 1-19 shirts then we price individually.
Often people just print one location on the front of a garment however you can choose to print multiple locations front, back, sleeve, side print. We’ve done it all! We can also do tag printing if needed. Going back to the design how many colors is it? If its one color one locations it will most likely be a cheaper than if you choose 4 colors 4 locations. The cost will increase with the number of prints and locations. Keep in mind that depending on the color of the garment you choose this may affect the printing process. Let me explain. If you pick a darker color shirt, we will need to use an under base and the process takes a little longer to get your print to show up and look great vs if you choose a white shirt with black print. Black shows up on white easily vs a black shirt with white print.
